Police are looking for a missing Williamsburg teenager.
Police believe Ruth Stepannie Carias, 15, ran away from home after missing curfew on Aug. 24. Her parents saw her last at 3:30 a.m. that day, said Maj. Greg Riley of the Williamsburg Police Department.
Ruth may have left her Williamsburg home on the 300 block of Roland Street for Maryland where she has other family, Riley added.
Ruth is a 5’4″ Hispanic girl who weighs about 110 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
