The Williamsburg Community Foundation and NetworkWilliamsburg will host the 20th Annual Estate and Charitable Gift Planning Institute Webinar On September 19.
The webinar will feature two of the nation’s top estate planning and tax attorneys, Lawrence P. Katzenstein and Ann B. Burns. The presenters will address recent developments and discuss creative techniques available to estate planners this year, including:
- Up-to-the-minute developments in tax and estate planning
- Strategies for using the $5.12 million exclusion in 2012
- Estate planning ethical considerations
- Creative charitable planning strategies
- Risks and rewards of charitable planning in our extraordinarily low interest rate environment
The webinar is sponsored nationally by the Salvation Army, Northern Division in Minnesota. The cost is $65 per person.
Continuing professional and legal education credits will be available; as well as continuing education credits for financial planners, estate planning and tax attorneys and trust and financial advisors.
