William Scott Reed, Jr., 76, died July 27, 2023.
William was born in Lancaster, PA William retired from the US Navy as a Commander and went on to work as a school teacher. He was a member of Hickory UMC, the American Legion, and the VFW.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 53 years, Kathryn C. Reed; children, Jonathan and Amanda Reed of Chesapeake; and a host of other family and friends.
