Dorothy Kay Vaughn, 83, died March 18, 2023.
Dorothy was born in Highland Park, MI to the late Federick and Leona Frances Kennedy.
She enjoyed crocheting and visiting casinos. Dorothy was predeceased by her sister Delores Quinn.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving sons John J. Vaughn, Jr (Sharon) of Chesapeake and Jeff S. Vaughn (Shawnie) of Willis, MI; sister, Doreen Lewis of Anaheim, CA; six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren; beloved puppy Onyx; and a host of other family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Graveside services will be held at a later date at White Chapel Memorial Park Cemetery in Troy, MI.
