Joanne Norris Harlow, 69, of Sandston, Va., went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen Norris. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, James H. Harlow Sr.; her children, Jerry (Kim), Billy, Jamie (Matt) and J.R.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandsons. The family will receive friends at the Vincent Funeral Home, 417 11th Street, West Point, Va., on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 (today) from 5 to 8 p.m., and where services will be held 3 p.m. Thursday, May 26, 2022.
