Betty J. Weiser, 84, passed Wednesday, March 23, 2016. She was born January 9, 1932, to the late Dovie and Leslie Williams in Washington, D.C.
Betty owned and operated United Rentals and Party Time Rentals until she retired 10 years ago. Her hobbies included ballroom dancing, swimming and gardening.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Cmdr. Conrad W. Weiser Jr. and two daughters, Janice Tesner and Susan Vincent.
She leaves to cherish her memory, one son, Conrad W. Wesier III (Diane); grandchildren, Conrad W. Weiser IV, Luann Gonyer, Cheryl Lynn Teets, Michelle Elizabeth Teets and Daniel Hyers; three great-grandchildren, Jason Gonyer, Makayla Hyers and Cameron Mill; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A chapel service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 29, at Beach Funeral Services, 4456 Bonney Road, Virginia Beach, with viewing at 10 a.m. prior to the service. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk.
