In addition to the three Captains, Jordan Carpenter and Sydney Sherman from Mary Washington, Amanda Inserra from UC Santa Cruz, and Nicole Miller from Salisbury were named to the All-Tournament Team.

Christopher Newport picked up a pair of wins in the postseason tournament to capture the 2024 conference crown. First, the Captains defeated No. 4-seed Salisbury by a score of 80-58 and then CNU captured a hard-fought 71-67 win over No. 2-seed Mary Washington.

She was 7-for-7 from the charity stripe and added a blocked shot and one steal. Giles scored 21 points in the two games and added 10 rebounds while helping CNU dominate the paint in the two games.
