REGIONAL — Tryouts for the 2022 season are coming up for Venom Volleyball.
Virginia Venom Volleyball is a nonprofit organization providing a place for young athletes from the Colonial Peninsula to gain new experiences.
There are multiple divisions to tryout for on Aug. 7. Grassroots and 12U divisions only require a sign-up at 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
13U to 15U tryouts are at 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. 18U tryouts are from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
On Aug. 8, 16U to 18U tryouts are from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Tryouts are free, except for the 18U open, and full/partial need-based player tuition scholarships are available. Tuition prices for each division can be viewed here. To learn more about the scholarship program and how to apply, click here to view the form.
The 18U division is a higher division for more experienced, older players.
Players offered a rostered spot on the 18U division will be given 24 hours to decide. A $300 deposit must be collected at time of acceptance.

Tryouts and sign ups will take place at Brett Reed Church located at 29680 King William Road in West Point.
