York opened the scoring in the bottom of the second inning, as Alyssa Auche delivered a sacrifice fly that scored Lyndsey Scarborough.
In the bottom of the fifth, York’s Devon Smith opened the inning with a solo home run that gave the Falcons a 2-0 lead.
Later in the inning, Katie Russell delivered an RBI double, scoring Destiny Martinez for the game’s final run.
On Monday, York (12-3) travels to play Smithfield and Grafton (12-4) will visit Jamestown.
