Hampton Heat Returns to Langley Speedway

REGIONAL — The 13th Annual Hampton Heat returns to Larry King Law’s Langley Speedway on Saturday, July 24.

Racing will begin at 6 p.m. for the Super Streets, Late Models, Super Trucks and Legends models.

Hampton Heat is the largest race of the year in Hampton Roads, with drivers from the Mid-Atlantic region competing to win $10,000 in a 200 lap showdown.

Larry King Law’s Langley Speedway and the Hampton Convention & Visitor Bureau are offering a limited supply of free admission tickets to Hampton residents on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of two (2) tickets per household.

The free tickets are available only at the Hampton Visitor Center, located at 120 Old Hampton Lane. The visitor center hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Sunday 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Proof of Hampton residency in the form of an official state identification or residential utility bill must be shared.

Larry King Law’s Langley Speedway is located at 11 Dale Lemonds Drive in Hampton. Regular admission fees for the Hampton Heat event are $20 Adults, $18 Military (Active or Retired) and Senior Citizens (60 & Over), $7 children ages 6-12, and free for children age 5 and under.

Advance tickets can be purchased in the Larry King Law’s Langley Speedway office Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (at the gate) or langley-speedway.com.
