WILLIAMSBURG — Autobell Car Wash has announced another round of monetary support for the American Red Cross.
The Charlotte, NC-based company said that it will donate $1 to the American Red Cross for every Armor All Special car wash between June 14 and 27, according to a press release.
Each of the 84 Autobell locations across Virginia, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Maryland are participating in the fundraiser. Autobell said its goal is to raise $10,000 for the Red Cross.
“Since we began our partnership in 2003, Autobell Car Wash has been honored to support the urgent needs of the American Red Cross mission, whether it is responding to a disaster, collecting lifesaving blood, teaching skills to save a life, or assisting military members and their families during emergencies,” said Autobell CEO Chuck Howard. “We are awed by the dedication and competence of Red Cross workers who are always prepared to help wherever needed.”
There are three Autobell locations on the Virginia Peninsula, including one on Second Street in Williamsburg, Warwick Boulevard in Newport News, and Pine Street in Yorktown.
Customers can purchase their Armor All Special wash while at the car wash location, or by using the Autobell mobile app.
