Learn how nonprofits affect the economy at this forum

The NetworkPeninsula will host its 7th annual nonprofit forum at the College of William & Mary next month.

Registration is $35 and deadline to register is Nov. 26.

The event features the NetworkPeninsula and Christopher Newport University‘s joint study of 125 local nonprofits impact on the community.

Guest speaker is Lester Salamon, director of John Hopkins Center for Civil Society and author of “The Resilient Sector Revisited: The New Challenge Facing Nonprofit America”.

The State of the Nonprofit Sector Today and Challenges for Tomorrow is at the College of William & Mary School of Education Matoaka Woods Room, 301 Monticello Ave. on Dec. 6, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
