Nonprofits, listen up. You might want to get in on this

NEWPORT NEWS — The Main Street library is hosting a grant writing workshop for nonprofits this Saturday.

The event is free and open to the public. Register here.

According to the event’s Facebook page, financial experts from Wells Fargo will share tips with attendees on how to make a nonprofit successful, from formatting a grant proposals to identifying important people within major corporations.

The Grant Writing workshop is at the Main Street Library, 110 Main St. from 10 a.m. to noon.
