NEWPORT NEWS — Christopher Newport University‘s virtual tour is now available in Spanish and Mandarin.

The free interactive tour lets prospective students and alumni explore campus landmarks using still photos, 360-degree images, an expandable campus map and a personal tour guide.

The virtual tour launched in November 2016 and the two languages were added to help with college recruitment in Latin America and China, said Tom Kramer, CNU’s director of external relations.

Updates also include the Trible Library and Regatta’s expansions, The Great Lawn and other interior spaces.

“At this time, we do not plan on adding spaces,” Kramer wrote in an email.
