NEWPORT NEWS — The city’s Hispanic Advisory Committee will host the 9th annual International Soccer Tournament and Community Festival at the Riverview Farm Park on Oct. 13.
The free event will feature an adult soccer tournament, a youth soccer clinic, a bouncy house, prizes and more.
In addition, various nonprofit organizations and businesses will be in attendance to provide festival-goers with information about topics such as health, safety and education.
The International Soccer Tournament and Community Festival will be from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Riverview Farm Park. The event is open to the public. Adults participating in the soccer tournament must arrive beforehand since the match will start promptly at 8:30 a.m.
