NEWPORT NEWS — The Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce is looking for locals who want to improve their leadership skills.
The Chamber is accepting applications for its LEAD Peninsula Class of 2019 until July 13.
The class is 10 months long and will include educational sessions, tours and candid conversations with community leaders, according to a news release from the city.
Tuition is $1,495 for Chamber members and $1,995 for nonmembers.
