NEWPORT NEWS — The Mariners’ Museum is offering $1 admission throughout the summer.
From Memorial Day until Labor Day, the Mariners’ Museum will operate on a discounted rate.
The museum, 100 Museum Drive, is usually $13.95 for adults and $8.95 for kids.
The Mariners’ Museum is dedicated to exploring the the history of water and its relationship with humankind and features 90,000 square feet of exhibition galleries, according to a news release.
The museum is open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
