A number of county offices, buildings and service centers will be closed in Hampton Roads to celebrate Memorial Day.

- All garbage, recycling, and bulk waste collections for the week will be delayed one day: Monday’s collections will take place on Tuesday, Tuesday’s on Wednesday, Wednesday’s on Thursday, and Thursday’s on Friday.
