HAMPTON — An exhibit in all things related to the world of pirates will be on display at the Hampton History Museum.
“Pirates, Privateers and Buccaneers” is part of the 19th annual Blackbeard Festival. It is on loan from the South Carolina State Museum.
The exhibit, which runs through Sept. 2, tells the story of Blackbeard and many other pirates.
It also will dispel some common misconceptions about pirates.
