Here’s your chance to Help Clean the Bay

NEWPORT NEWS — The Sister To Sister and Brother To Brother organizations are getting ready for their annual Clean the Bay Fun Day, which is 11 a.m. Saturday at King-Lincoln Park, 600 Jefferson Ave.

The event’s goal is to help preserve, protect and restore Pinkett’s Beach and King-Lincoln Park.

Numerous organizations, families, church groups and elected officials will be donating their time to clean up trash, litter and recyclable items.
