WindsorMeade’s New Executive Director Announced

WILLIAMSBURG — Pinnacle Living, parent company of WindsorMeade Williamsburg (WMW), has announced that Andrea M. Staskiel has been selected as WMW’s new executive director.

WindsorMeade, located at 3900 Windsor Hall Dr., is noted as Williamsburg’s only Life Plan to have achieved a coveted five-star rating across all three quality measures of the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services.

“Andrea possesses knowledge, skills, and experience in the field of senior living which will continue to move WindsorMeade forward as a premier Life Plan Community,” said Pinnacle Living President and CEO Chris Henderson.

Staskiel comes to WMW with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing form the College of William & Mary, Raymond A. Mason School of Business.

She is also a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, a Certified Senior Advisor, and a member of the Board of Directors for LeadingAge Virginia.

Staskiel previous held a position of leadership roles at Warwick Forest in Newport News as both the executive director and director of marketing.

“I believe the greatest honor I have is serving others,” said Staskiel. “There is always a way to build on the past in a way that creates an even more exciting future.”

In he new position, Staskiel will oversee the continuum of services for WMW’s 305 residents as well as daily operations for its 157 team members.

“My passions are connecting, serving, and making a positive impact,” said Staskiel. “I believe that life has meaning because of the relationships we forge, and I look forward to building new friendships with the WindsorMeade residents and team.”
