WILLIAMSBURG — As part of its Scrumptious Festival, CultureFix is offering a variety of activities this week (Oct. 27-30).
The festival, which has already featured Precarious Field Dayz, and the musical stylings of Canaan Smith will now include even more activities.
On Weds., Oct. 27, the Lawn of the Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg will host Bobby Blackhat in a Hump Day Throwdown. The free concert will begin at 6 p.m. and will feature Joshua Wright, Von Jose Roberts, Paul Urban, Rob White, Billy Joe Daniel, Katie Daniel, Micha Dovey, and Cole Layman. Friday, Oct. 29, Scrumptious will host Chowderfest. Tickets will include unlimited chowder, two drink tickets, and live music featuring Liana Dagmar & Vinyl Headlights. To purchase tickets, click here.
The next morning, the community is welcomed to the free event, Yoga on the Lawn at the Lawn of the Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg at 9 a.m. This event will feature Great Abiding Yoga and Druminy Asa. Then, Scrumptious will wrap up on the evening of Saturday, Oct. 30 with nOktoberfest. This event will feature craft beer, pretzels, games, dances, and music from a traditional German band. Chef Hans Schadler, in collaboration with Culture Café, will have German food available for purchase. Tickets cost $25 and can be purchased by clicking here.
