JAMES CITY COUNTY — Veterans Park, home to Kidsburg playground, is under construction.
The Veterans Park project includes installation of a new zipline and the addition of a sidewalk to ensure an ADA-compatible path to the zip line.
The construction area has been fenced off, and patrons are advised to avoid the area for their safety.
The project is estimated to be completed by Thursday, Oct. 14, weather dependent.
