WILLIAMSBURG — Ahead of Midtown Row‘s grand opening this month, all apartments are fully rented.
Williamsburg’s new city center will have four new buildings which include 240 apartments that house over 620 residents, all of which have been fully leased, according to Hannah Warner, marketing and events coordinator for Midtown Row.
Warner said that the amount of storefront spaces in the new buildings still varies.
Salon Seven, formerly Shear Magic Salon, was the first store to open in the new buildings. Midtown Row has also recently signed leases with Pedego Electric Bikes, Juicing LIFE Bar, Mezeh Mediterranean Grill and Riverside Health.
Warner also said that they are “very close to executing a few more leases very soon.”
Midtown Row will hold a grand opening celebration for the public from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 24. The event will feature live music from Brasswind, food trucks, craft beer and giveaways.
Alewerks Brewing, Silverhand Meadery, Copper Fox Distillery and Midtown Row’s future and current tenants will be set up at the event.
