BURGESS — The James City County Police Department (JCCPD) are seeking the public’s assistance for information regarding a man whose last known address is listed as in Burgess.
Ronnie Adolphus Noel, 62, has an outstanding Capias Indictment from the Williamsburg-James City County Circuit Court for credit card theft.
Noel is described as 6 feet in height, weighing 170 lbs. His last known address is listed as Lampkintown Road in Burgess.
