JCCPD Asking Public’s Assistance in Locating Lanexa Man

JAMES CITY COUNTY — The James City County Police Department (JCCPD) is asking the public’s assistance in ascertaining information regarding a wanted Lanexa man.

JCCPD is searching for Brett Alden Wright, 64 years old, whose last known address was on Polish Town Road in Lanexa. Wright is described to be 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 201 lbs.

Wright has four outstanding Capias indictments from Williamsburg-James City County Circuit Court for driving while intoxicated (DWI), driving after being declared a habitual offender (felony charge), eluding police (felony charge), and obstruction of justice.

Residents with any information are asked to call JCCPD at (757) 253-1800 or the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP (888-562-5887). Residents are also able to submit information through the website, P3Tips.com.

JCCPD emphasizes that callers and P3Tips.com users may remain anonymous, do not have to testify in court, and may be eligible for up to $1000 if information that is provided leads to an arrest.
