YORK COUNTY — Tabb Library’s 2021 Tails & Tales Summer Reading Program will come to a close with a fun-filled event for all ages.
Tails & Tales was a program to encourage family members to read throughout the summer and log their hours to receive reading recommendations and win raffle prizes.
The Summer Reading Program Finale will take place at Tabb Library, 100 Long Green Blvd, on Friday, Aug. 13 from 11 a.m. to noon.
York County Fire & Life Safety will be on site for children to Touch-a-Truck and the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Brass Quintet will perform.
Those who have participated in the summer program will be able to pick up the prizes they have earned.
There will also be games, freebies and other activities for all ages to enjoy.
The event is open to everyone in the community, regardless of their participation.
