Local Police Department Seeking Public’s Assistance in Larceny

WILLIAMSBURG — The Williamsburg Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying persons thought to be involved in larceny.

On Sunday, May 23, 2021 at approximately 1:15 a.m., one unidentified male and four unidentified females walked into the Wawa located on Richmond Road. The male distracted the store’s employee while one of the females, shown in the images as wearing a white dress, exited the store with a 6-pack of beer.

Anyone with information regarding the female suspect or the other members of her party are encouraged to call the Williamsburg Police Department at (757)220-2331 or the Peninsula Crime Stoppers at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP (1-888-562-5887). Those who call the Peninsula Crime Stoppers may remain anonymous. Anyone who provides information leading to an arrest may be eligible for a $1,000 reward.
