YORK COUNTY — York Poquoson Sheriff’s Office (YPSO) has one suspect in custody following a shooting that left a man injured.
On Tuesday, July 6 at approximately 9:32 p.m., YPSO was dispatched to a report of shots fired at the 200 Block of Tam-O-Shanter Blvd in the vicinity of Country Club Apartments.
One male was transported to a hospital with a gun shot wound and is reported to be in stable condition.
As of 8:20 a.m. on Wednesday, July 7, YPSO reported that it has taken one suspect in custody. A mobile command unit from the department was on the scene this morning to assist.
