JCC Police Search for Robbery Suspects

JAMES CITY COUNTY — James City County Police Department (JCCPD) are looking for two suspects in a robbery that occurred on Sunday, May 30 at the Heritage Trailer Park off of Pocahontas Trail, said JCCPD Spokesperson Stephanie Williams.

Just after 11:30 p.m., two male suspects approached the victim, one with a gun, the other with a rock in his hand, and demanded the victim’s wallet. The victim complied and was not injured during the mugging.

An hour later, the victim’s debit car was used at a 7-Eleven in the 300 block of E. Mercury Boulevard in Hampton, police said. The suspects bought gas and cigarettes with the stolen card and were seen heading west on Mercury in a light colored four-door sedan.
