WILLIAMSBURG — Join a group of local cyclists for the first ride of Bike Me DC! Williamsburg Weekend.
This group ride will take cyclists along the Colonial Parkway, starting from downtown Williamsburg and traveling along the western shore of the York River through Yorktown Battlefield Colonial National Park, and back to Williamsburg.
The 37.3 mile-long ride will begin at the Municipal Building, 401 Lafayette St., at 10 a.m. on Sunday, May 30.
The event is free and is a “no-drop” ride, meaning no one will be left behind along the journey.
A lunch stop in Yorktown will be included in the ride before the return back to Williamsburg.
