York County Library hosts Movies in the Park night

YORK COUNTY — Families can enjoy an outdoor movie night this Saturday. 

The York County Public Library is hosting Movies in the Park on Saturday, May 15 at 7:45 p.m.

Families can bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy a sunset screening of Disney’s “BFG” at Charles Brown Park, 1950 Old Williamsburg Rd. 

Admission is free, and concessions will also be available.  

Movies in the Park is one of several outdoor family-friendly events that the library offers at Charles Brown Park, along with their Outdoor Storytimes series on select days in May. 

The event is sponsored by York County Public Library and York County Parks and Recreation.
