A Williamsburg-James City County (WJCC) Public Schools’ bus was heading west on Longhill Road while a 1991 Ford Minivan was traveling east in the westbound lane along the same road. Both vehicles swerved in an attempt to avoid a collision, but were unable to steer clear of one another.
