There are also several incentives in place for park employees.
Wages for employees hired through May 2021 will start as high as $12 and will also be eligible to receive a hiring bonus starting at $100, according to the announcement.
Those hired to work at either park will enjoy many perks including, “free admission to both parks, free and discount tickets for friends and family to the sister parks including SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, exclusive events, free uniforms, potential for growth and upward mobility, and other benefits,” the news release read.
The Williamsburg parks are also introducing an all-new SeaWorld Entertainment company-wide initiative called the “Join Me At Sea” referral program. Ambassadors who recommend friends and family to join the team receive $100 per person recommended and hired.
