The Colonial Athletic Association has announced several cancellations and adjustments to its men’s basketball schedule, including William & Mary’s games scheduled against Northeastern University for Feb. 27 and 28.

The games were canceled due to COVID-19 protocols within the Northeastern program.

William & Mary is still slated to visit Elon University tonight at 7 p.m. in a matchup rescheduled from Feb. 18 due to winter weather conditions.

The games against Northeastern were the Tribe’s last scheduled regular-season games before the CAA tournament.

Elsewhere in the CAA, a game between Hofstra University and Elon, and another between the University of Delaware and Towson University scheduled for the weekend have been canceled.

William & Mary men’s basketball finally returned to action on Saturday after a two-week lay-off due to COVID-19 protocols in the program, falling 75-54 to Elon University at Kaplan Arena.
