Introducing The Unbillable Hour [Free read]

The team at Akers & Cleator Law Group

Akers & Cleator Law Group was established by Thomas “Tom” Cleator, Esq. and William “Peyton” Akers, Esq. in February of 2019.

Tom and Peyton met, as many lifelong friendships and business partners do, at the golf course bar. It was kismet. They soon realized that their litigation methods, legal experience, and compassion for people complimented one another. They soon decided to start their own firm. Akers & Cleator Law Group (also known as AC Law) quickly became a very successful and reputable law firm in the Williamsburg area.

Akers & Cleator Law Group practice multiple areas of law. They specialize in Family Law (divorce, child/spousal support, and custody & visitation), Criminal Law (traffic, domestic, misdemeanors, and felonies), Personal Injury (auto accidents, premises injuries, wrongful death, and negligence), Civil Litigation (mental health, contracts/breech of contracts, property damage, and more), and Debt Collection (whether you are collecting a debt or have a debt against you).

Akers & Cleator Law Group have put together an amazingly talented and experienced team of attorneys and support staff. While the firm continues to grow, their core values and dedication to clients persist. The firm places extreme importance on aggressive litigation with a personal touch.
