- Love on the Loose Scavenger Hunt
Find 24 animals running wild at Freedom Park Feb. 6-14 for the “Love on the Loose” scavenger hunt. Each animal will share a fun fact, which will contain an answer to a quiz. Access the quiz by scanning the QR code attached to the animals. Each correct answer will be an entry into a raffle for prizes. Mellow Mushroom is offering Shroom Love Boxes, a make-your-own-pizza kit. The kit includes a small pizza dough, their special Mellow red sauce, mozzarella cheese, and 14 pepperonis to bake the perfect pie at home. More than 20 vendors and artists will line the Riverwalk on Saturday, Feb. 13 for this special winter market event. Talk about cold hands, warm hearts. The Liberty Ice Pavilion in Merchants Square is open now until Feb. 15. The rink is open from noon-10 p.m. on Feb. 14, Valentine’s Day. Daily passes are $14 for adults and $12 for kids 3- 13-years-old. Skate rental is $4.67. And while you’re in the downtown Williamsburg area, take a picture with the LOVE letters in Merchants Square.
