York-Poquoson Master Gardeners offering help to community lawns this spring

York-Poquoson Master Gardeners are ready to help community members have their lawn be the best it can be.

County residents interested in getting help with their yard can sign up now for the Spring Healthy Virginia Lawns program. The program is designed to assist York County and Poquoson residents with taking care of their lawns in an economic and environmentally sound manner.

Master Gardeners will visit sites in March to measure yards, take soil samples and provide customized feedback.

Registration costs $20 and is available by clicking on the fillable online registration link here or by calling the Extension Office at (757) 890-4940.
