Those who love paint night, but would rather stay in, can have the best of both worlds.
James City County Parks & Recreation is offering residents the chance to pick up art kits for a paint night session at home.
The kits are available for those 18 and older. Kits cost $15 for individuals and $25 for couples.
The At-Home Paint Night Kit is “Valentine” themed and each kit includes a 9-by-12 canvas, paints, brushes, a disposable apron and a pre-selected printout, according to the JCC Parks & Recreation online activity catalog.
The kits must be ordered by Feb. 6 and picked up on Feb. 10. Some kits may be pre-sketched on the canvas and those who register will receive their pickup time via email.
