Food Truck Tracker: Here’s what food trucks in the area are doing

Several food trucks from the Historic Triangle continue to serve their culinary creations throughout the community despite the coronavirus pandemic.

From breweries, distilleries and vineyards, here’s where you can find local food truck operators the weekend of Jan. 28-31.

Matchsticks BBQ Co.

Matchsticks will provide free dinner for kids at the location of their soon-to-be-open restaurant on Thursday. Regular menu items will be available for purchase for adults.

Thursday: Midtown Row, 1260 Richmond Road, 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Flame and Pie

Thursday: Grand View neighborhood, 8 Adriatic Drive in Hampton, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday: Oozlefinch Craft Brewery, 81 Patch Road in Hampton, noon to 8 p.m.

Carmen’s Jamaican Authentic Cuisine

Thursday: Alewerks Brewing Company, 189B Ewell Road, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday: Alewerks Brewing Company, 189B Ewell Road, noon to 6 p.m.

The Hungry Pug

Monday through Sunday: Billsburg Brewery, 2054 Jamestown Road, noon to 7 p.m.

Frank’s Monster Munchies

VBC is offering limited indoor seating with updated safety protocols, as well as continued pick-up services from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and noon to 9 p.m. on weekends. They are also offering limited delivery and online ordering.
