The York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help in identifying two people they say robbed a convenience store in York County at gunpoint Tuesday night.
Authorities said the investigation is in its early stages and they have not determined the race and gender of the suspects.
Deputies were dispatched to 7000 Block of Route 17 at 10:18 p.m. Tuesday.
There, they learned two people armed with guns went into Uppy’s Convenience Store and demanded money from the register.
The suspects were wearing gloves, masks and hoodies and fled on foot toward Whites Road.
No injuries were reported.
No other information about the incident was immediately released.
