NORFOLK, Va. -Norfolk Police Detectives have identified the woman whose body was discovered in York County on Monday as 45-year-old Marcia Dumas of Norfolk.
Robert A. Carroll Jr., 42, of Norfolk, has been charged with Strangulation of Another, Prohibition Against Concealment of a Dead Body, and Unlawful Disposal of a Dead Body. Kevin S. Dunn, 43, of Norfolk, has been charged with Unlawful Disposal of a Dead Body.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is still investigating to determine the official manner and cause of death.
Police are not looking for any suspects.
Detectives have not released the circumstances surrounding this incident.
