Norfolk detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 61-year-old Brian K. Brinkley, who was last seen in the 1000 block of W. Princess Anne Road Tuesday afternoon.
Brinkley is 5’8” and weighs around 150 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes, and a mustache/goatee.
Brinkley is diagnosed with dementia and Stage 4 cancer.
