AAA recently announced its Four and Five Diamond hotels and restaurants for 2020 which are noted for their “world-class luxury” and extraordinary service”.
The Williamsburg Inn received a Five Diamond rating for the third year in a row and was the only hotel and restaurant this year to receive it.
The organization recently updated its AAA Diamond Program, adding professional inspector reviews, according to a recent AAA Tidewater news release.
“These hotels and restaurants consistently exceed expectations by providing their guests highly personalized, memorable experiences,” said Holly Dalby, director of public affairs for AAA Tidewater region. “They truly represent the upper echelon of the hospitality industry.”
The Williamsburg Inn, a hotel built in the 1930s by John D. Rockefeller, features regal touches from silk drapes and bedspreads to fine artwork and antique pieces, according to the news release.
