NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk police are investigating a shooting that has left a man dead Tuesday evening.
Around 7:00 p.m., dispatchers received a call for a gunshot disturbance in the 300 block of Reilly Street, according to a press release. When police arrived, they found 48-year-old Terry A. Hendricks suffering from a gunshot wound. Hendricks was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Police have not released any other details surrounding this investigation.
