Norfolk police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man that attempted to rob a Family Dollar convenience store.
The robbery happened on Jan. 19, around 8:00 a.m.. Police say a man, armed with a gun, went into the Family Dollar located at 2010 Cromwell Drive and demanded money. While the clerk was attempting to comply, the man took off, according to a press release.
There were no injuries reported.
