The Williamsburg Community Chapel is hosting a soup tasting dinner event to benefit the Community of Faith Mission’s Emergency Shelter program for the homeless in the greater Williamsburg area.
The event also will raise awareness about homelessness in the area.
Tickets cost $25 per person, and are limited.
Local restaurants, including Fat Canary, Paul’s Deli and Two Drummers Smokehouse, will donate soups, breads and other food for the event, according to the event flyer. See the full list of food vendors here.
In addition, there will be a live bluegrass music performance by Elderberry Jam.
