There’s no place like home for the holidays – true for humans, true for animal companions.
To make this happen for area animals looking for a forever home, The Norfolk Animal Care and Adoption Center is offering $35 adoption fees for dogs, cats and rabbits, and $5 adoption fees for other small mammals, according to a press release.
The special discount runs now through December 22.

You can also consider a donation to Norfolk’s Pet Pantry, supported by Friends of NACC. The Pet Pantry provides temporary assistance to pet owners facing hardship by helping to keep pets in their homes.
