The holiday season can be stressful enough without the pressure to perfectly package each item in decorative paper and ribbon.
These organizations are here to make your life easier while also raising money for their causes.
Here’s where to find them:
Williamsburg
Upper elementary students from Williamsburg Montessori School will be wrapping gifts at Barnes & Noble in New Town Saturday from noon to 6 p.m. raising money for their upcoming “spring trip.”
Hampton
Directors from Hampton’s City Manager’s Office are extending their gift-wrapping services to shoppers at the “Santa’s Attic Craft Mart” in City Hall Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Robin McCormick, a spokeswoman for the city, said the directors are providing the service for their employees but this year they’ve paired gift wrapping with Santa’s Attic to provide its customers with the service as time permits.
Newport News
Volunteers from Hampton Baptist Church are wrapping gifts at Patrick Henry Mall all day (during the mall’s hours of operation) and every day until Dec. 24.
Prices for the service are based on the size of the gift and proceeds go toward the church’s mission trips and youth ministry programs.
