Have you seen this woman? VB police said she likes Target, but for all the wrong reasons

VIRGINIA BEACH — Police are asking for help in finding a woman who they said has stolen from the Target at 2060 Independence Blvd. more than once.

“She takes away around $1,000 each time,” authorities said.

The woman last walked out with about $930 worth of merchandise on Aug. 13 when police said she wore a white shirt reading “Shoot ‘Til My Arm Falls Off” and drove away in a blue Hyundai SUV.

Joy Pacella, the administrator for Crime Solvers, is asking residents to submit tips with complete anonymity to the nonprofit organization.
